All painting estimates are complimentary and based on information provided during your consultation. Final pricing may change after an in-person inspection to account for surface preparation, materials, accessibility, or additional scope requested.

Written proposals detail labor, materials, and schedule expectations so you understand the investment before any work begins.

Service Terms

Project schedules are coordinated with each property owner to minimize disruption. Clients agree to provide clear access to work areas, remove fragile items, and inform our crew of any site-specific requirements before work begins.

We handle protection of surfaces, daily cleanup, and disposal of painting materials to leave your space neat and ready to enjoy.

Warranties and Guarantee

Linstrom Pro Painters stands behind our workmanship with a 25-year guarantee against peeling, blistering, or chipping caused by improper application. Normal wear, weather events, structural movement, moisture intrusion, or third-party damage are not covered under this guarantee.

Warranty service is performed after inspection to confirm qualifying conditions.

Payment Terms

A project deposit is due upon scheduling to secure your start date. The remaining balance is payable upon substantial completion and customer walk-through unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic transfers. Late payments may incur additional charges as stated on your invoice.

Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by Missouri law, Linstrom Pro Painters is not responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from project delays, client-supplied materials, or pre-existing property conditions.
